Arrogant Low Qualified CAI associate
I am a condo owner from Palatine Rowell managing agent for our CA since 2002
Based on my experience as a condo owner Rowell Inc. or Rowell Managemet is not qualify to Mange any HOA
Based on our General Performance Evaluation conducted in 2006 by me - over 50% of our home owners are not satisfyed with Rowell Management performance and approach Arrogant individuals Ignore and disrespect our residents for over a decade in partnership with our corrupted board
