A great value!
A great place to park if you live in NYC and don't want to pay Manhattan prices for monthly parking if you only use your car on weekends. At $199 per month for cars, you can't beat it! It's only 4 blocks from either the #7 train at Roosevelt & 52nd. St. or the R train at Broadway and Northern Blvd. (By the way, It's Queensboro Parking Corp., NOT Queens Boro.)
