Queen's Nails

got a mani/pedi...while they are doing my toes she proceeds to do my hands. i asked for shellac. that is not a footbath side job.... well she did a spotty job but i had peole waiting on me to leave. i get home ans every finger looks bad... there were mounds...pits and all. AND THEY CHARGE $30.00... (everywhere esle $25.00) next day im washing my hair and i feel a snag. first 3 fingers are peeling. mind you SHALLAC should and has lasted 3wks- month. i call and he doesn't wanna listen and states it only last a couple days. A COUPLE DAYS ...thats less than polish. he tld me to come in...so i go in... and the place is packed on a saturday at 4 :40 pm (close at 6)... i show him and he says sit down. well i know i was not going to be seen before 6 and the are known to be rude and just refuse u after 6. i come back Monday like he then suggested. THEY REFUSE TO FIX THEM BC THEY HAVE A NO REFUND POLICY. After some conviencing they do it....it looked horrible. they yelled at me several time. and then left me in the ultraviolet dryer for more than 16 minutes... 4 mnutes at a time , just kept pushing the button b/c they were cleaning. the redo nail was horrrrrrrrrrible. States she is not redoing it b/c i didnt pay. when they were done they didnt even say they were done... they just left me there. I URGE YOU ..DO NOT WASTE YOU MONEY HERE. GO WHERE YOU ARE APPRICAITED FOR CHOOSING GOOD SERVICE!
