Three things stand out – 1) an alternator, 2) a diagnostic, and 3) a radiator. When I had the alternator replaced I was leaving the garage, getting ready to turn onto Curtis St., and the car died. The alternator was no good, and I had to wait an extra day to get my car. The diagnostic was quoted at a certain price and I was told it would take ½ hour. The price was met, but the diagnostic took almost 1 ½ hours to complete. I made arrangements to drop off my car before Precision opened to have the radiator changed, 3 ½ hours of labor, and to pick it up in the afternoon. When I arrived in the afternoon they still needed 45 minutes to complete the job, and they had put additional parts on my car without permission. There is a paper you fill out when you drop off the car outside business hours, and on this paper it asks for a price not to exceed. Precision exceeded that price with the additional parts and made me pay. I will not return.
