Overall, I would NEVER RECOMMEND this place. The people that work there are very unprofessional and need to communicate with one another better. That way their patients don't get effected by their lack of team work. I guess, you get what you pay for. Dental offices are supposed to make the client come back and draw more people in. To bad, the staff makes their clients want to run and never look back. All they care about is money. They DO NOT CARE FOR THEIR PATIENTS AT ALL! I really appreciate my original dentist after this experience. I will not go to Dr Anh Pham H DDS, unless you have time to waste and feel like being mistreated.

The receptionist of Dr Anh Pham H DDS, told me that the day before my appointment they will call me to confirm, I got the call the day before my appointment and I cancel withing 24 hours. A week later I received a bill for $100.00 dollars for missing my appointment. I called them and after a short conversation the secretary placed me on hold and a second lady picked up the phone and said "I'm wasting there time" and that she was going to hang up the phone on me. At that time I ask to speak to a manager, the lady say that she was the office manager, so I ask for her name and she hang up on me. I called back but the call went unanswered. After several attempts they finally did answer secretary pick up the phone and I asked for the office manager's name and she say it was katie and I asked Katie what? and she replied just katie; them I ask her for the dentist name she say Dr. Maharaha (I ask her to spell it) them she hang up.
