I stayed home from work to be there during the four-hour window these people were supposed to come. They never did. Never called. No knock. No buzzer. I called an hour after the end of the window and the customer service woman claimed they had come hours before and I insisted that I'd been home all day and nobody showed so she argued with me about that, not backing down and not admitting she had no idea if the guy had come or not, then proceeded to argue with me about what sort of service we needed, claiming I had never given her the details. I have never been so infuriated on the phone. I'll go with a different company. I can't believe these people even call themselves a business. They deserve MINUS stars.

First appointment, I left work early to meet thier appointment, waited for three hours, no show, no phone call. Called to schedule again, technician called three times throughout the day to confirm I would be available for the appointment, two hours into the appointment window, the technician says they can't make it... Try to call their office to reschedule a third time and was place on hold for fifteen minutes. Ridiculous. No thanks,

This company is so poorly organized and not prompt at all.
We had scheduled for a date, rescheduled 4 days later which resulted in a no-show. Promised 8am next day. The guy said, "Are you serious?" Next morning, call saying he was waiting for chemicals, around 9am. At 11, we called the office, where we were put on hold for a total of 20 minutes. The guy calls, saying "you don't have the call the office, I'll be there soon." I asked, "in two hours?" He says it wouldn't take that long. 3+ hours later, a guy reeking of marijuana shows up. He slops on Sterifab, tells me to follow up in one week, and leaves. I will say, he was very nice. I am furious at this company.
