NO stars. I seen these guys run out of material on the job ,example caps.. they will use old shingles stripped from roof and use them as caps. they did it on a job in Sanford. so that means there warranty is no good.. i know i worked for them. they owe me money still. they dont pay their workers. we finished 4 roofs in one week and still didnt get paid. wheres the money go? probably on pills!! Beware of these guys!!!

Wayne Perry & Son Roofing & Construction in Rochester/Lebanon is extremely unreliable. In the 2.5 months since we hired them, they set up 5 different dates to start the job and never showed (3 times with no call) they only contacted us twice, both times they cancelled on the morning they were supposed to start the job. They do not answer the phone or call back when you leave a message. As it turns out, my neighbor down the street is having the same problem with them. I absolutely would not recommend them to anyone.
