At 3:10 on Wednesday the 30th of July we were traveling on highway 26 between Rosendale and Waupaun. A yellow semi-truck with Perron on the side was tailgaiting our car very very close. The driver also pulled out to pass several cars in the passing lane and was unable to pass them, but refused to slow down. We sped up knowing he could not get past us, but he still refused to slow down. Ultimately, when he had to pull in behind us he was within 5 feet of our back bumper at 60-65 miles an hour.
