I made an appointment two weeks ahead of time to get my sled worked on. I ride a Polaris. Maybe that is the problem, not an Arctic Cat, doesn't it suck to be in second place in the powder. Point is two weeks notice, sled is still sitting two weeks later after delivery with no progress. Gonna pick up my sled and deliver to West Yellowstone where people care about service. Will NEVER take my sled to these idiots again. They are not service orrientated, only care about sales, therefore, not true riders. They are primadonas..
