My previous host is using their system. After harricane sandy, the power got reset, and alarm has been triggered. I called the company support, the support charge me 150$ plus 7% tax for a 5 mins phone call basically to turn off the alarm. Because the alarm is so loud that I don't have time to find out a better way. They are taking advantage of the situation and rape off the consumer. Very bad custemer service and so unprofessional. I could not believe they are still in business. Don't ever try to use such company unless you want to pay 160$ for any of you questions.
