Penasquitos Point Apartments

I lived at Penasquitos Point apartments for 5 years and was ripped off constantly. When I moved out I had a walk through done because of maagements deceptive practices. I was told they were charging me 100 for cleaning even though the palce was cleaned. I was charged $225. what a disgusting place to live. they have illegals running the palce and they will go into your apartment whenever they want. really just a bunch of scum that run the place.

Penasquitos Point Apartments lived here and it was a total nightmare, my car was dented to destruction (awful). Tons of poor people who only care about themselves. my car was broken into management or police didn't care. illegals run the place so count on them going in your home even when your not there. kids running around screaming unattended by parents. Fighting, drug dealing and illegals in and around who spit on the floor in the gym and spitting gum everywhere. management could care less about you and is geared toward poor people who get subsidies from the government to live there. Like this person says it a rich neighborhood with a bunch off poor being sent into an area they don't belong and you are paying a high artificial price to live here. They get stimulus money from the government and waste it on filiing cracks in sidewalks unnecessarily and who knows what else. Management is hostile and arrogant so many many things wrong here to waste my time listing. I got out of this "j
