Best Dentist in NYC !!!
Doctor Robert Vogel is one of the best dentists in NYC. I have been going to Robert Vogel for thirty years. He is one of the nicest gentlemen I know. He is an excellent, caring, and professional dentist. He always makes you feel like you are special even though he has very many celebrity clients. When you sit in his chair he always takes time to sit and talk to you and is always humble and shy about talking about himself. He does not do this with an insincere bedside manner as so many other doctors do, but because he is genuinely interested in other people. You know this is true because he remembers your whole family and always asks you about them and everything else that you ever told him. You come to know him not just as a friend but as family even though you only see him as a patient in his office. That is why he has celebrities that are patients for so many years. Because they started going to him before they were rich celebrities, when they needed a doctor to help them between gigs. Dr. Vogel is a great dentist and he is always there to help you when you have an emergency. He has literally broken his own plans and traveled from out of town to open his office on a Sunday because of a needed emergency route canal. How many other doctors will do that for a patient?

I also had a bad experience with Dr Vogel. He seem to hate his job and showed no care toward me or the discomfort I was having.\t\n\t\nHe's very stoic and it was like he could have been selling me a pair of shoes.\t\n\t\nI found another dentist that I like and do not recommend Dr Vogel. I heard his partner is no better, but I didn't see him, so I can only comment on Dr Vogel.

I went to Dr Vogel a few years ago to have a crown put in. He first put in a temporary cap that fell out the same day he put it in. Upon returning to his office, Dr Vogel told me it was MY fault that it fell out. When I went back to have the permanent crown put in, that one fell out 2 weeks later, only to be blamed again! He said I must have eaten something to cause it to come loose.\t\n\t\nNot only is he a bad dentist, but he blamed me for his imcompetence! He is also very unfriendly and the front office is pretty unorganized.\t\n\t\nCheck out the other revies of this dentist and go elsewhere, please.
