Don't even think of letting them touch your computer
This shop had my laptop for a month and when I got it back it was physically broken and had over twenty screws missing. It took another month to get Toshiba to make it work again.
The initial problem was a faulty cooling fan and the morons at palm tree didn't have the knowledge to even fix what it went in for.
