Options Beauty Supply & Salon

I have bought my hair products at Options for several years. They have a large variety of products at decent prices, but the last few times i shopped there, i wasn't happy with the customer service. Today, the person that helped me check out never made eye contact with me, never smiled or talked to me other than to tell me what i owed. She was, however, talking to another employe who was shopping there on her day off. I will be shopping elsewhere, be it online or another supplier even though prices may be a bit cheaper at options..
