avoid at all cost
I booked a roundtrip from jfk to newark. The ride was over 1 hour late picking me up. I was then charged twice on my debit card, I spoke to numerous people to get it resolved and they were incredibly rude not one person apologized for the inconvenience or took charge to resolve the matter. It appears that I will be reimbursed but was appaled by how many people I had to speak to get it done, not one person tried to apologize for the inconvenience
