Last month when I had a flat-tire (not to mention-another minor problem) in an area that I am not familiar with, I stopped in at the O’Reilly location on Sunset Boulevard in Renton, Washington . I just needed a quick-fix to get me back home and one of your employees, Alex (?), was extremely helpful. And as English is my second language, it was a bit difficult for me to explain to this young man what I was looking for.

This employee offered all the help he could, which involved a lot of explanation, hands signing due to my language challenge.
