Joan Russel, realtor for this group, is not to be trusted. She has a history of deception and I would not trust her. She will lie and have you sign away your life. She has been in trouble with the real estate commission and has more trouble coming. I'm sure these homes are nice but beware of this employee, she is out for herself.
