Rudest People Answering the Phone
I don't know why I went to my appointment considering how RUDE Laurie, the person who answered the phone is. So unbelievably unhelpful and RUDE. I was given a long list of RXs that my insurance won't cover and saw the dr for five minutes (and she is very odd). Don't go.
cancelled my appointment
I was hesitant to go to Dr. C's office after reading all the reviews.I still wanted to give them a chance and made an appointment. A day before I called to find out approximately how much time it would take for the session ,since I needed to be back at work. The receptionist was very rude and unhelpful. I canceled my appointment right away. I am Glad I made a wise decision.

2 of us in the family waited to see the dr. We waited for over 1 hour and the people who were called into their rooms,1 hour before us , had still NOT seen the dr. We left. No one should wait this long. On top of that, the woman who came in after us, said she had read that this was a huge draw back to coming here. I think she left shortly after us. no dermatologist is worth waiting this long for your app. especially with the prices they charge. FIND SOME ONE ELSE!!!!
