Neil Ward is a liar, cheater, and old fashioned scammer. Don't ever buy a vehicle from him or any dealership of which he's associated! He sells fraudulent warranties, terrible vehicles that break down after only a few weeks and he's unrepentant for it all!

He's the least trustworthy person I've ever met in any industry. Don't trust him as far as you could throw him! He's got a slew of pending court cases for fraud so save yourself the hassle and make sure you're not next!

I purchased a 2000 BMW 328i from Neil Ward. Neil assured me the vehicle was a great vehicle. He also showed me a carfax report. I went on Friday to trade the said vehicle in on a new car. I was told that this vehicle was disqualisfied b/c it was a fleet vehicle, there was a lein, and unibody damage (frame damage). The report also stated that this information was disclosed during the auction, where this vehicle was purchased by Neil Ward . I verified this info. w/ the report I was given @ the time of purch. & found that the report I was given by Neil was not even my vehicle. This business is very shady. Neil was suppose to repair a side view mirror which is in the purchase contract....it is now 10mos later & it is still not repaired. I plan on pursuing this b/c I cannot trade this vehicle w/ any dealership. I am contacting an attorney and will contact the local news channel unless Neil rectifies this. hygienegrrl@aol.com

Now Capital Blvd Auto Sales.....company does not stand behind their cars...purchased a car and it broke down 2 days after we purchased it. We called the dealer and they did absolutely nothing about it..we were not it's not their problem and that it was our responsibility now. However before we purchased it we were told that we will receive a discount and that they would pay for half if something major happened to the car and if we used their mechanic.....we did and our discount cost us $700 and when we picked the car up the mechanic informed us that the car was still not fixed there was something else wrong and it would be another $700+.......I would not recommend ANYONE purchase a car from here. You can break down a hour away from home and they will leave you stranded...unless you got hundreds of dollars to give them!!!!! They will not even return phone calls like they say they will........SORRY
