Do not waste your money at Morgan Manor Apartments. Not only will your money go toward rent, but it will also go toward doctor bills and electric bills and moving trucks. If your first floor apartment doesn't flood then your doing better than I did, but wait until you get a second floor apartment and you can enjoy the second hand smoke that comes up through ever nook and crany that is if your lucky enough to have a smoker for a downstairs neighbor. OH and don't think you can just move out of Morgan Manor after all you have been through without losing your deposit and having to pay out the rest of your lease because you will. OH and don't think that you can just move to another apartment in the complex without having to pay a $100 transfer fee because you will.
You are better off living in a box on the street.
