Morgan Heating & Air Inc

Not sure what happened here, but we had decent service from Buddy before it became Morgan. Our AC went out today (Thursday) and the house quickly heated to 83 and climbing. We had (as of today..."HAD") a service contract with Morgan. I called and was told Monday was the earliest they could help me. I've switched to a company willing to be there when I need them, not when it's convenient (any kind of equipment failure never happens when it's convenient). Morgan, stick to your new home installs and forget working with the end user if you can't help when we need it!
