Mmmmmm....Good!
I've missed getting a true Italian-Style pizza crust since I moved to Taos. Then, I found Mondo Italiano! Even though it is not listed on the menu, you can order a Margarita Pizza. The crust is coated perfectly with olive oil and topped with lots of luscious fresh basil, and a dallop of freshly made pesto! Love it!
