Amazed
There has not been a car wash this nice providing this good of a service in years. The people are friendly and very professional. This clown above must be special needs. They probably didnt greet him at "private smith" so he got angry... i would send my 92 yr old grandmother there.

Poor Customer Service/ Poor Quality Work
I have visited the Mirror Image Express Carwash (40 Hwy Location) on several occasions. During the past two visits I had to go over my car again due to the poor quality of the job that provided by the staff. I was further turned off today by the attendant at the entrance to the wash bay. This young man was one of the rudest people I have encountered in a service industry setting. I spoke to the manager about the employee and it was immediately apparent where the attitude in this establishment starts. As a retired military senior enlisted person I am not all that accepting of rude or disrespectful behavior.
I will never again do business with this establishment; especially in today’s economy when having someone else wash my vehicle is a luxury. As of today it is definitely a luxury I will do without.
