AVOID THIS DENTAL OFFICE
Do not go to this dentist unless you want to be charged over $100 for a missed appointment. Dr. Mills herself is great, but the office staff and office policies leave something to be desired. Also, beware that the work is good, but very expensive! It is a shame, but I am leaving her office as a patient not because of poor work, but because of poor office management.
Beware of admin staff!
My insurance info was being send to the wrong place (successful claims were submitted before and after such claim), I was told that if on the last submit the insurance was unable to process the claim I had to pay out of my pocket, which is understandable. At this point Ive given the correct information and they had previous submission records. Two weeks after this, received a call from a debt collection agency; my account was delinquent and my credit was being threaten. Nobody returned calls. Went there, and talked to the admin staff, they were quick to blame me and the computer; they even sent the wrong amount to the collection agency. The admin staff never owned their error. This has been one of the worst customer experiences Ive ever had. I will not be going back, and Ive been a customer since early 90s.
