1. Although they allow dogs and children, they aren't friendly toward them. There isn't a place for either to play except for the street. 2. It's not a 55 and older condo complex. 3. The place is well maintained, but they are cheapskates when it comes to certain things such as outdoor lighting fixtures and re-paving the roads and driveways.4. Like in any neighborhood, some neighbors are not very neighborly. A small section of the population think they are still in junior high school -- they spend all their time ratting on their neighbors for the most minute infractions. Another thing, you can get fined for doing things without sufficient proof. A neighbor can complain falsely, and you can be fined and you have little recourse or a way to present your case. You can go before the board, but if a board member has a personal problem with a neighbor, he won't win.5. The pool is gross. It's a saltwater pool and it's just disgusting.They can't seem to get the chemistry correct.
