Midtown Customs

I left a review about a speaker box I purchased from mid town customs. I dealt with the business on main st. I'm not sure if these 2 businesses have the same name or just another location. Anyway, My review was of Mid Town Customs on 6829 W Main St. Houma, La. 70364.

I needed a sealed enclosure for my system and Mid town sold me on a ported box tuned for Rap Music that was pre made/cut. When I mentioned that I would like to trade the box, they hid behind the purchase and refused to exchange it for a sealed enclosure. Not even willing to work with me on the box. And I went back the same day of purchase. That's the most pathetic warranty in the book. Then they lied to my face saying they had to cut the hole, on a pre made box. Pathetic

Well to be honest they need to stick to just Rima and tires because as far as audio goes this place is a joke. They put a girl running the place and she is clueless as to how and promote buss. Asked to look at a speaker box they sell for ideas on making my own she told me "NO" and added why would I do that then I could not sell you one. Well I would not buy an overpriced piece of %$#^ from these people if I had to. They need to think when people come throw the door just be NICE!!!!!!
