I took my car in for three simple things, the hood struts (they hold the hood up when you open it), the thermostat, and there were two hoses that were hanging down from the engine.... 4 hours later I go in, the hood is bowed from where they forced it shut, they spent an HOUR on the struts because they weren't the right ones (instead of calling me for instructions) and they installed the thermostat. Total 199 bucks, car still has two hoses hanging down, the mechanic didn't know where they were supposed to go... So all in all... I brought the parts, so I paid 200 bucks to have some idiot bend my hood...
