Metzger Management Company

Well, I guess all I can say at this point is that I wish Metzger Management and their families well and I am thankful and grateful that we were able to do what we needed to do; save our investment in the end. Thank you.

A little surprised to see the response to my original review back from early 2009. We let Metzger Management go without notice for reasons I will not go into. They in turn filed a Small Claims suit for their final monthly commission payment they thought we owed them. We paid them for one reason. We did not have the time to waste in Small Claims Court, we had a business to run and it was 16 hour days, 7 days a week at that time.

We took over our own property, evicted one-third of the building and put it back together again, eventually selling it.

I am taking the time to respond to Metzger's response claiming my feelings were without warrant, slanderous and juvenile. They are out of line to state that we paid too much for the property with a large loan also. They may run properties but what do they actually own? Might be a good interview question...

I had and have every right to review this company that did a poor job for us in my opinion. Thank you.

A previous apartment house (two buildings, 105 units) owner and client of this company. If you have a ghetto property they're fine. If you have a good property it will be a ghetto in a matter of time if you use this company. The only way to run your property, if you care about it, is to run it yourself and/or do not blindly allow a company like this to run your business.
