THEY TOOK $1,200 OF MY MONEY AND I GOT ABSOLUTELY NOTHING FOR IT!!!
During the FREE estimate the representative assured us that we could specify all of our ideas with a salesperson at the showroom. He gave an estimate of $12,000 and we wrote a 10% deposit check ($1,200). We wanted to get started right away, but there were no appointments available for 10 days, so we took the first one we could. Our salesperson was a trainee so when we selected something, she had to ask the supervisor and more often than not the answer was, "That item is not available for your project". The process took so long that they closed the store and told us to finish at another appointment. We decided to cancel and asked for a refund. They wouldn't issue a refund because there was a 3-day cancellation policy and we were beyond the 3 days. I mentioned that it was THEIR schedule and not ours that took us beyond the three days, but they said too bad. I asked if I could have $1,200 of merchandise instead - they said NO to that too. I give them ONE STAR only because there's no ZERO
