Are these people EVER open for business? When they are there, do they take the phone off the hook? They are nearly impossible to do business with unless you physically stand in front of their door and see if anyone decides to open the shop on the day your there. Very frustrating. On the seemingly rare occasion that they are open, you can't reach them by phone - because it's always busy. How many phone calls can a rural glass company get? Do they only have one phone line?
