Worst Customer Service on the Planet!!!!
I have been dealing with this company since November, 2009. I will never purchase nor have anything ever purchased by or for me ever again! We have 2 Pride Lift chairs that were purchased for us through them. One chair has been nothing but trouble and you cannot get a hold of these people whatsoever. If and when they give you a call they make excuses like oh, I must have misunderstood you. We are sorry what was that serial number again? When you go to call them back after 5 minutes they do not answer and they have turned off the answering machine. I would not recomend buying or having anything to do with this company! STAY AWAY! BUYER BEWARE!!!!!
