McNally Management

My experience with Mcnally started off pleasant enough. Me and my wife had a little trouble getting into the house, due t some questionable credit i had. (FIVE years ago, may i point out.) Little did i know, getting in was the worst decision i'd make. We were living at the property, with Mcnally a our main contact as a landlord. Not two weeks into our stay there after they flaked out on doing ANY of the improvements they promised.(Painting, yard trimming, repaving terrible drivewaay, hole in ceiling etc.) when our pipes backed up. The shared septic system backed up and sewage went into the hole bathroom!! NASTY!
It was a week before we got anyone to fix our problem. Sewage was in the carpet, on the wall. We got a plumber to come out and fix it after a week, and said to send the bill to the landlord. They ended up billing us the full $2000, even after we asked them to send the bill to Mcnally. We couldn't pony up that much cash and pay the rent, especially after only 2 weeks!!

DO NOT OPERATE WITH THESE SCAMMERS. they took our whole deposit and now we have nowhere to go. Check with the BBB, do your homework, research your house, and most of all don't fall for scams like we did. We fought to get into a trashed house they unloaded on us, fortifying us with the bill, and filled NONE of their promises!
