Mathews Tire

Had an appointment at 9 AM on a Saturday for an alignment and 4 new tires. Was out the door at 8:50. Prorated the tires and saved me a lot of money.

I have been a customer there for years, inspections, alignments, and tires. This week I called them to ask if they sold Continental tires as I was not happy with the durability of the Cooper CS4s that I purchased from them a while back. The service guy on the phone said "Sir, we are a Cooper tire dealer" and slammed down the phone! I'm not sure that they will get my business in the future.

Waited close to two hours to have two tires put on. Was informed post service that you can make appointments for inspections but not for tires-hence why the long wait with some people coming and going after our arrival. Just not a good system if people are waiting hours for service while others just show up and take higher priority because they were able to make an appointment for their work. Everything should be by appointment only or by priority by arrival not a mix of both. RIght now the setup provides for poor customer service and I will not be going back or recommending service to others(unless they need an inspection only).
