Professionalism
I have been with Mary's office for years and I have always had great service. Everytime I call I am greeted with a 'Hey Mr. Blank" not a "good afternoon sir", blah blah blah. I love that I feel like Im part of the family not just a policy holder. They know me by name when I come in the office. The girl that sits up front Shenna is very sweet to me and I love stopping in just to say "Hello" to her and the other staff members. Plus, most of them are easy on the eyes! I love this office!
