AVOID THIS MAN!!!! Will Not Return Calls (apx. 8 times)
Roof leaks after 1 year, been trying to get him to come out and inspect for 3 months. Contract says work guaranteed 5 years. Says he will come and no show, now will not return calls.

non paying rip off
My boyfriend and friends worked for him and he refuses to pay any of them the money he owes them.He owes them any were from $700-3,500.He never answers the phone and when he does he just says I will pay you tomorrow. But tomorrow never comes. If you want my advise I would never do business with him. Everything the ones before me said was very true about Mark Willis.
