Maritime Auto Wash

I have been to the Annapolis location a few times, most of the time things were good except the somewhat long wait.But today, 5/1/13, i went for just a basic wash, and they scratched my truck along the passenger side. A series of about 8 scratched right at fender height. I was working on my truck all day before i went, and know for a fact that the scratches were not on the truck before i arrived at Maritime.After trying to work something out with the manager, he kept saying there is no way we caused this and there is nothing we can do for you. He offered me free car washes, but that is not going to cut it! I want the scratches fixed, not washed! He refuses to pay for them to be fixed! He offered to fill out an incident report, but then explained how the report would come right back to him, where he would then deny doing any thing!I will certainly never go back to this place. Nor do i recommend anyone else for fear if something happens to your vehicle, your on your own!

This location don't like BLACK PEOPLE coming to their carwash on a regular. They tell you tha you can come as often as you like when you become a member, then when you do they have a problem with it. I am real big on keeping my car clean, and i get it washed twice and sometime three times a week. So, when i isaw the membership they offered, i jumped on it. As time went on....i noticed that i wasn't getting treated the same as i was when i first started going there. Then, i started noticing that they will call me last to pick up my car eventhough it may be the first one in line to leave. I know it wasn 't anything i did to them because i never complained about anything even when i was feeling discrimated again....i only can think it was how often i was coming.

Terrible. Damages many cars and won't take responsibility. Very bad management. Terrible place.
