Horrible service - Small Portions - High Prices for Portion Size - Food is fair at best.
Went on a Monday night, they were not busy and it took 30 minutes to get beverages and at 2 hours we just finished our salads. Just don't go - what a disappointment.

M&S Grill is a typical touristy restaurant. It is right in the Inner Harbor, so you see a mix of tourist and business people coming in for lunch and dinner. I?ve been here 2 times in the last 6 months. The first time I ordered calamari as an appetizer which was cooked perfectly and was like butter. For an entree I got a sandwich which was average. The 2nd time I went was two weeks ago. Again I order calamari hoping to get the same perfection as the first time. I was disappointed unfortunately. The calamari turned out to be overcooked and very chewy at times. For an entree I again ordered a sandwich. Again that part of the meal was below average. Not sure why there was such a disparity in the quality of the food. The atmosphere is ok. Typical chain restaurant type atmosphere. Nothing special.

the m&s grill provided down home cooking with a baltimore flare, the bar area was neat and clean, the drinks made were fabulous my apple martini was amazing, the service was fast prompt and friendly. even the management was a blast to deal with. the entrees were reasonable priced. Everything was great i highly recommend this resturant if you are ever in the Baltimore neighborhood.
