Best in five years
Been living in the same unit for over four years, never had a problem with anyone or management. I think I getting better by the day, never seen trash on the ground, calm and family oriented place, had couple of problems got handled, one was the same day on a weekend, the other was the very next day , professionalism from the management staff is always there, treat us with respect.

Maple ridge has major "ant" attacks on a regular basis. Have tossed all food several times...This Management ignores problems...do not enforce noise curfew...dog poo all over...no free parking as promised..no free 1st month rent as advertised...no insulation ..might as well be living with your neighbors...tenants allowed to drop off "junk" anywhere...garbage/trash areas..very poor management policies and maintenance is a minimum at best. garbage/trash areas are filthy...all the time...otherwise...it is fenced...however,
the kids from blocks around just hop the fence...sometimes
while being chased by the cops...very low class for the high
rent charged..
Stay far away
Apartment complex has gone down hill. Extremely noisy. Woken up at all hours of the night by neighbor. Management has not done a thing about it. Trash litters the grounds and unruly neighbors make for a bad living situation. Apartment itself great, just minus neighbors and management.
