I have had a very different expierence with MT HOMES... These are by far the best land lords I have ever had. I never want to move out of the place I live in right now.

I regret to say that I am very displeased with M. T. Homes. If there were an option to put no stars, that would have definitely been my choice. When I first came to this company in search of a new apartment, I felt very welcomed and comfortable until I signed the lease. Ever since April 2010 I have complained about numerous problems within my apartment and regretfully none of my major needs have been met. I have been promised by numerous employees at this company that they will personally put in work orders for problems I have discussed on different occasions but again regretfully "It's all talk". They have made promises to move me to a better location, then have went back on their word. This company is run by a bunch of unintelligent, dim witted, irrational group of people I have ever encountered. I am totally DISGUSTED with M. T. Homes and I wish for the next persons sake, please take heed to this message. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME.
