MSO Water Systems, Inc.

Holds onto payments for 3-4 weeks just so they can turn the water off and charge $75 fee to turn it back on. They do not take internet payments, over the phone payments, nor do they like bill pay checks. My check was mailed on 6/23 and as of 7/15, it still hasn't cleared the bank and they disconnected my water. CROOKS!!!!!!

This company knows that their customers are STUCK WITH THEM!! Therefore, they do not even pretend to care about the customer and this is evident by their customer service (or LACK THERE OF). The only reason for a "1-star" rating is because I couldn't rate them any lower. I am resubmitting my review because it mistakenly showed as a 5 star rating. They absolutely do not get a 5 star rating!!!!
