Noisy
I moved in to the lofts in February 2013. As the weather changed in April, the apartment became intolerably noisy. The noise comes from HVAC units located on the roof that run very loud at high temperatures.
To avoid subjectivity, I acquired a professional quality decibel meter, and it is measuring between 50 and 62 decibels more than 98% of the time day and night.
The management is refusing to do anything about the noise since they don't want to pay the expenses. The solution they offered was to move me to another unit, but they have yet to find me another unit since I complained more than 12 weeks ago.

Overpriced Mediocrity
The front office staff are wonderful, unfortunately they are just office staff. They can not make decisions unless they get approval from a management company in Ohio or Iowa or some place. So nothing gets done.
There are ten guest parking spaces for over 350 apartment units. More than half of these are used by residents for convenience. So, all in all, there are five guest spaces where guests will not be towed. Don't get me wrong, there are a lot of parking areas around the lofts, but, unfortunately, none of them are owned by the lofts and are towed immediately.
My neighbor had a birthday party and ten of his guests were towed for $320 a piece.
