My wife and I ordered a stretch Lincoln Navigator at a bridal show for our wedding because the price was amazing and they president of the company seemed like a nice guy. Well, once they got our deposit money, all the pleasantries ended. They promised to call us the day before the wedding to confirm the event and to make sure nothing had changed. Well, they never called! Not once. Once they had their money, they never cared. Not even to make sure they had right directions, which they did not.

Then, they showed up with the wrong car!! We ordered a stretch Navigator to hold the extra people in the car and make sure we were all safe. Well, they showed up with a regular limousine that not everyone could even get in. We had to sit on the floor and listen to the drive shaft grind against the body of the car as the driver drove along. It was awful.
