so i bought this new home in 2007.. since the first year we were in this house if t could fall apart it did and they would never step up and fix it... even know we had a 1 years warranty on the home...were promised brick on the front of the home and after we moved in they said they couldnt do it cause it wasnt part of the deal even after they promised up .... we were worried about molde growing were the brick was supposed to be they said o dont worry it wont molde.. they said they would make us feel better and put a guard down... guess what it's started molding awsome! SO NOW WE HAVE TO PAY TO HAVE ALL REPAIRED....TGHEY R THEIFS AND ARE FULL OF LIES.. THERE WORK QUALITY IS HORRIBLE THEY DONT CARE AS LONG AS THEY GET THERE MONEY. i have fixed alomstg everything that could break...cause it has ..i woild never recommend these builders
