Reviews about Iris Nail
Disappointed and stuck with painful nails.
I went here because I was looking to spend a lot and get a fantastic manicure/pedicure. Unfortunately I was treated by a girl (Julie, I believe) who flat-out ignored my requests during the manicure and pedicure. Not only did I give her verbal instructions but I used sign-language. Now, just 2 days post-treatment I have pains in my fingernails & toenails. She cut all my nails too short so now they're growing into the skin. I work on a computer all day and wear high-heels to work so having such pains is incredibly inconvenient-especially when you spend $100+ for the treatment! \t\n\t\nMy advice, be specific and make sure you get someone that is honest about speaking English.

i was in desperate need for a mani pedi one day and the place that i usually go to was fully booked so i just walked over to this place on broadway. wow was i dumb for not waiting. the service was so rude and obnoxious i couldnt understand one word they were saying. and on top of that, the woman cutting my cuticle on my foot cut me with the razor and i had to go all the way to a drugstore to get neosporin so that it wouldnt get infected. i dont even know if it was sanitary. all i know is taht i definetly wont be going back there. ever.

nice place, clean but the pedicures are always the shortest lasting. within a week they chip off, compared to other places that manage to make pedicures last a couple weeks. okay if you are willing to go once a week.
