Since Innovative Property took over the management of our community, Signal Butte Ranch, it looks the worst ever. The service Alex Winter ans wife (ex) Wendy Burton provide is substandard. Follow-thru, communication, attention to detail, and contractual obligations lack with this company. Landscape looks bad, weeds throughout, graffiti stays in community for months, no timely communication, action talked about and not performed.
