The Ink People is the best community cultural development organization in true northern California. They are open to and welcoming of difference, serving all regardless of socio-economic status, race, religion or sexual orientation. The art in their galleries is uncensored and represents the best emerging artists in the county. Their DreamMaker program has fostered over 100 community-based projects with over 50 currently active. All artistic disciplines are represented, encouraged to cross-pollinate, and no artificial distinctions are made between art and craft. All are engaged in exploring their creativity.
