In March, my mother was a patient in the hospital. Her care was fair at best and the attitude of some of the staff was miserable. Maybe because she was elderly that they didn't really care but she was in quite a bit of pain and uncomfortable and this was not adequately addressed. My sisters and I were very upset as our Mother had Alzheimers and was unable to speak for herself. We were treated rudely as well. She died 3 days after leaving the hospital. In the past, I thought very highly of Imperial Point and requested my Mother be brought there, so I was quite disappointed by this experience. In addition, we could barely understand the attending physician when he was there as he had a very thick accent. It was very frustrating.
