You have made many changes for the better but the cost for the average person to get medical help is really high. Just recently my son went to the ER for help because his right side was numb from his face and right arm and he had no insurance , out of work,homeless and has a very bad drug addiction. He asked for help was there for four hours you told him he had a infection gave him a script and sent him on his way. I could not feel comfortable about this and took him to Wichita for help. My son had a stroke and we were told it's a good thing we brought him ion. I'm disappointed in this hospital because he may be poor but he is a human being and your fellow man also even with the problem he has. Are we becoming a throw away society because of being poor.
