I don't have the typical fear of going to see a dentist, my fear is the trust issue. Once I find a dentist I feel comfortable and trustworthy, I like to continue the relationship. I moved here about 1 year ago and Dr. Lee came highly recommended by my coworker who's been seeing her for 3 years, although she lives out of town but works in Huntington Beach. From the first phone call making an appointment to leaving the office after treatment, I can honestly say, it was a pleasant experience. The staff was courteous, office was nice and clean,\t\nand most of all, Dr. Lee was professional and skillful. I typically don't need a lot of dental work, but some of the places I've been to in the past had pushed for a bunch of things I really didn't need. Dr. Lee laid out what treatments are necessary to bring my oral health back in check and also optional elective treatments. Before I left the office, the staff went over my insurance coverages thoroughly so I know what to expect. Since then, I've been back two times to finish up my treatments and so far all the work she's done feel great. Also, when my insurance didn't pay for the xrays due to my limited coverage on xrays, the office gave me a nice discount which I didn't even ask for. I highly recommend this place and Dr. Lee to anyone who also\t\nhas trust issues with dental offices like me.

I've been going to Dr. Tamlyn Lee's office for 3 yrs now and over the years I got to know the staff and Dr. Lee fairly well. Every time I go in for my semi-annual check-ups, they make everything so much more pleasant and enjoyable. I no longer have the fear of going to see a dentist, all thanks to Dr. Lee and her wonderful staff. I have referred my friends and family members here and have gotten great response from them as well. I highly recommend Dr. Lee to anyone who is looking for a great dentist!!!

Do not use this dentist........You won't beleive what happened when my husband went to Dr Lee today. \t\nDr Lee told him he needed 4 crowns at $895 co-pay EACH!!!! He called me and I spoke to the dentist and asked why they are charging almost $4000 when it should be $440 ($110 each) co-pay as stated on the plan. . Dr Lee said they do not offer the crowns at the co-payment level and we would have to pay an extra $3140 for the crowns!!!! What!!!! I called the insurance to change plans to someone who follows the co-pays stated when I brought the coverage and the insurance lady I spoke to was not happy and said they HAVE to offer the co-pay crowns for $110 as they agreed the terms when they accepted to be a part of their network. So after a lot of back & forth they called and said my husband only needed two crowns as the other two were preventative only (not what Dr Lee first stated) and the other two they can do with just a filling! This was such a lie as my husband lost half of his tooth!!! I asked them how they could go from $4000 to a zero co-pay and doesn't he still need at least one crown? Dr Lee said the insurance will not pay for the crowns as she told them it can now be filled with just a filling........with only half a back tooth!!! Before Dr Lee said this the insurance was ready to pay for the crowns!!!!!!! It was so obvious they did not want to do the crowns at $110 co-pay and made it impossible for us to even get the insurance to cover their part so I told them to stick it and I recommend you do the same ;) What a joke. Do not use Dr Tamlyn Lee..............She will rob you blind!
