House of Flowers

Absolutely horrible service. Ordered flowers for a graduation, for flowers that were the college's colors, and instead delivered a Christmas basket. The recipient of the flowers does not celebrate Christmas, and therefore these flowers were extremely out of place. Also, after placing the order on the phone and giving Vicki the price range we expected, she charged us an additional delivery fee in which we were not told about, extending our price range an extra $10. This would have been no problem if I was notified of the extra charge, however there was no mention of it. After calling House of Flowers, Vicki was extremely rude and made snide comments about how "her flowers were beautiful". Yes, however, this is not what we asked for. She offered half of the $10 delivery fee to be compensated, and never did so. She was one of the most unpleasant people I've dealt with and I would recommend not putting any money into this business.
